The Red Devils Academy offers a comprehensive and progressive training program for the serious football (soccer) athlete. Our aim is to prepare players for the highest levels within the sport: Academy, Provincial/ ODP, College/ University, National Team and Professional soccer.
The Academy's overriding philosophy is based on the belief that team sports help develop the talents and skills that children will use throughout their lives. Although winning is a component of any sport-related activity, the Academy seeks to develop the virtues of sportsmanship, physical fitness and a positive self image.
Commitment to an Academy program involves a dedication of a significant amount of time and effort; however, in no case should it overshadow the importance of academic achievement.
The pursuit of excellence in school is imperative and is an overriding tenet of the RDA’s training approach.
The Academy promotes high academic standards and expects its trainees to effectively balance their time so as to ensure excellence off the field, as well as on it.
The Academy has designed a multi-faceted training program in order to enhance to development of each individual trainee based on age and skill specific training.
Our emphasis is on long term player growth. The players are given a foundation for the game on which they can improve and develop and are instructed in a training system and environment where the individual can excel and thrive.

RDA Little Devils Academy Clinics:
Designed for those players aged from 5-8 years old that are just beginning to learn to play the game.
RDA Player Development Program:
Designed for players aged 8-10 years old that are mastering the basic skills and techniques of the game.
Designed for the beginner and intermediate player looking to improve their overall skills.
RDA Elite Clinics:
Designed for the advanced player competing at a high level.
RDA MVP Clinics:
Designed for the top level player looking to compete at the Regional, Provincial, University and National level.
RDA Goalkeeping Academy:
Designed for Goal Keepers to provide specialized training specifically for the GK position.
Designed to provide specialized training to all levels of teams. Training is customized for the individual teams with input from the team’s coaching staff.

The Academy Showcase Team is designed for both serious male and female players who wish to continue their individual development with high level playing and training opportunities in Canada and Europe.
