The RDA MVP Clinics are designed to enhance and improve the skills necessary to take each identified player to the next level and beyond. The primary focus will be on specialized small ratio training (5:1) with our most senior trainers.

In the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 summer and winter seasons, Academy MVP Alumni have been featured in the following competitions:
Academy MVP Alumni continue to be involved in the District, Regional and Provincial Development Programs for Ontario, BC and Alberta, the Olympic Development Program (ODP) in the US and National Development Programs in the Caribbean.
In the fall of 2007, 5 Academy MVP trainees attended tryouts with the NTC Program of the CSA that identify players for the Canadian National Teams.
In 2008, 4 Academy MVP trainees were selected to train in the NTC Program with 2 Academy MVP trainees being selected to the Canada U17 World Cup team in 2008.
In 2009, 1 Academy MVP trainee was selected to train with FC Neunkirch Academy in Switzerland as one of the first female players from North America to be selected to train with a professional academy in Europe.
Only players specially selected by the Academy Staff are eligible for the MVP Program.
Players must be registered with the Red Devils Academy training programs in order to be eligible for selection.
