Mentorship: (def.) The one-on-one learning relationship between a student and an expert in a specific topic or discipline. The mentor supports and guides the student to develop in that area of interest.
The RDA Mentorship Program will allow the Academy Staff the flexibility to utilize our most valuable assets in our training; our most accomplished trainees and Alumni.
Our corps of senior trainers will be assisted by members of our MVP and Elite group through the RDA Mentorship Program.
The program has been specifically designed to enhance the level and quality of the training sessions by incorporating our most senior and accomplished Academy trainees and Alumni directly in the training process.
Any Academy trainee or Alumni participating in the RDA Mentorship Program is eligible for Community Service Hours.
